Psychological care for adults who are working towards growing families. I work individually with clients’ mood and worries, consider wellbeing in their important relationships and provide support for parenting.

What services do you offer?
Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a fee-free ‘discovery call’ through the bookings page. I’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.
2
How do I get started?
While I have post-graduate clinical training and research experience in perinatal and infant mental health and development, I’ve also had the privilege of working in high-intensity settings such as NICUs and a children’s hospital. I bring over 20 years of experience supporting women, infants, and families as they adjust to the unexpected stressors of growing a family. In my view, it is this experience working alongside families facing significant uncertainty and complexity that most shapes how I listen, think, and care as a psychologist.

What makes you different?
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
4
How can I contact you?
The fee is $190 for a 50-60 min session.
The current Medicare Rebate is $98.95, which brings the out-of-pocket cost to $91.05 per session.
Medicare Rebates are available to Medicare Card holders with a Mental Health Treatment Plan and a referral from a GP or a Psychiatrist.
Private Health Insurance holders may be eligible for reimbursement of fees for psychology services. Please contact your insurer to determine rebates under your policy.
Both Medicare and Private Health insurance rebates cannot be claimed for the same session.

You do not need a referral to see a psychologist.
However, a General Medical Practitioner (GP) or psychiatrist can activate a Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plan which provides a rebate on the cost of psychologist fees. The Medicare rebate is valid for 6 sessions, after which your referring Doctor will review whether more sessions are needed, and an additional 4 sessions can be accessed. There is Medicare limit of 10 rebatable sessions per calendar year with a Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plan.
All sessions are by Telehealth. Telehealth is the conduct of a health consultation via a secure video connection on a phone, tablet or computer.
In Psychology/Psychiatry we have been using telehealth for therapy for decades with people living in remote communities. The Covid Pandemic helped us all understand that we could use telehealth routinely and effectively to deliver psychological care.
I’ve found my clients prefer the convenience of telehealth; not running clinic rooms significantly reduces costs, and impacts consultation fees.
